On FACON, every purchase is made with maximum security. To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. Online purchases of FACON goods shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout. All FACON goods sent out require a signature on delivery.\n\nAll international online purchases will attract a shipping charge, which will be calculated at time of checkout, this is a real-time rate calculated based on location and weight.\n\nCustoms and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. International customers should receive their delivery within 12 to 15 business days unless specified otherwise, however this may vary slightly due to unforeseen delays with shipping and customs that are outside of the control of FACON. We want to ensure you love your FACON pieces and therefore offer returns if the below requirements are met:\n\nPlease email us at info@facon.com.ar with your intention to lodge a return within 5 business days of receiving your item.\n\nItems must be returned to us within 14 business days of days of the date you received your delivery.\n\nItems must be returned to us in the original packaging in an unused condition. Garments will be inspected prior to approving any refunds or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not reach our standards.\n\nAny losses or damages occurred during return shipping are deemed your responsibility, we therefore recommend using a trackable service with signature on delivery.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
