Hand painted flag. The lules are an aboriginal community that live now a days in Argentina. Originally they were in part of the province of Salta and the neighboring regions of Paraguay and Bolivia. They were displaced by the Wichis towards the northwestern part of the province of Santiago del Estero, north of the province of Tucumán and south of Salta.
